- Your file ideally needs to be a 24-bit 48kHz WAV file, as this is the format it will be delivered in, but if you have 16-bit or 24/96 we can work with this too. Please also give your file a name ideally in the format Artist_Title_Mix, or include this in the order notes and I’ll name accordingly.
- If you have special requirements, such as analogue signal chain please add a note to your order. Depending on studio availability, sometimes access to analogue gear may increase processing time, but I will advise of this and give you the option to cancel, for example if a project is extremely urgent.
- If you need DDP or PQ for physical production please add a note to the order or email support.
- To summarise, this is mastering ideally for a single audio file or song. If you have multiple mixes such as instrumentals, acapellas & TV mix please upload links to them through My Account. What I would reasonably define as a song would be up to 15 minutes of audio. This is not a hard limit as I’m fairly flexible, but please do not upload an entire mixtape, DJ mix, live set or podcast for this service. I’d be happy to master longer projects, but these would reasonably be classed as albums- which I would reasonably define as up to 74 minutes per album, but would go to 90 minutes for a cassette, longer projects would need to span two or more albums. Album & stem mastering coming soon.
- A messaging system should be live for feedback, revisions and questions. I’m not able to offer attended sessions just yet due to studio restrictions where I work, but hopefully this will be possible soon. Any questions please email support@ or contact through My Account.
